Over on cable, HBO has the series premiere of Mosaic and TNT has the series premiere of The Alienist.

Next Monday, NBC has the first season finale of The Brave.

Superior Donuts (CBS): New. “Labor Pains.” Runs 30 minutes.

The Good Doctor (ABC): New. Dr. Murphy doesn’t believe his patient’s account of how she got injured. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

Lucifer (FOX): New. Lucifer learns who Lt. Pierce really is and goes all out to help Chloe with a case in hopes of getting her onboard his investigation into Pierce.

The Alienist (TNT): Series Premiere. The show begins with a series of gruesome murders of young male prostitutes in New York City. So, the just appointed police commissioner brings in a criminal psychologist, an alienist, along with a newspaper illustrator to secretly investigate these crimes. Based on the bestseller by Caleb Car. Runs 61 minutes. Plays twice and again later. Thought Ep.2 was playing tonight, but apparently it is the first episode again, now on its regular night and time.

The Brave (NBC): New. Patricia has to head out into the field with the team to confront something from her past when a U.S. submarine gets hacked.
