Tonight, CBS has the fifth season premiere of The Neighborhood, the fourth season premiere of Bob (Hearts) Abishola, the 20th season finale of NCIS and the second season premiere of NCIS: Hawaii, FOX has the sixth season premiere of 9-1-1 and the second season premiere of The Cleaning Lady, and NBC has the 22nd season premiere of The Voice and the series premiere of Quantum Leap.

Over on cable, HBO has the second season finale of Industry.

On streaming, as of this morning, Acorn TV drops the second season of Backstrom.

Next Monday, Acorn TV has the third season premiere of Mystery Road and Spectrum has the series premiere of Panhandle.
