The Incredibles (NBC): Released 2004. I don’t normally go for animated features, but this one is actually really good. A former superhero is bored and wanting to get back into action. He and his family have to step up and save the world. Runs two and a half hours.

  • The Office (NBC): Repeat. The season premiere episode, “Weight Loss, Part 2,” replays.

    Elf (USA): Released 2003. Will Ferrell as a giant elf searching for his real family in New York. Runs two hours and starts an hour before primetime leading up to tonight’s new episode of Monk.

    Monk (USA): New. Three homeless men seek Mr. Monk’s help when their friend is found dead. Natalie convinces him to help them. Plays again later.

    Psych (USA): New. Shawn and Gus help a mall Santa get out of jail, but they figure out that their clients are con men about to pull a big job. Gus’ sister helps with the investigation. Plays again later.

    • Guy’s Family Feast (Food Network): New. Guy Fieri and his family are having a party. Plays again later. Follows a 15 episode Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives marathon.

    • ESPN has doubleheader NBA action with the Miami Heat at the Phoenix Suns followed by the Dallas Mavericks at the Los Angeles Lakers.
    • ESPN2 has college basketball action from the NIT followed by college football action with Fresno State at Boise State and then UCLA at Arizona State, which is then followed by another college basketball game.

    A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (ABC): Repeat. An unusual feast put together by Snoopy is had around the pingpong table. This Is America, Charlie Brown: The Mayflower Voyagers follows.

    Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): Repeat. The two-part season premiere episode, “Dream a Little Dream of Me” replays, where Seattle Grace is dealing with the aftermath of a freak ice storm. Starts two minutes after the hour and runs an hour and 58 minutes.

    Solid Selections

    Smallville (The CW): Repeat. The season premiere episode, “Odyssey,” replays, where Green Arrow and the Justice League gang are looking for Clark in the Artic after the collapse of the Fortress.

    CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): Repeat. Grissom is battling the flu along with the rest of the team as they investigate a case, in “Grissom’s Divine Comedy” from last season. Runs 61 minutes.

    Eleventh Hour (CBS): Repeat. The series premiere episode, “Resurrection,” replays, where Dr. Hood and Special Agent Young are investigating what looks to be attempted cloning of a human. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

    Cable Choices

    Friends (TBS): Repeats. Four Thanksgiving episodes replay tonight: “The One Where Chandler Doesn’t Like Dogs,” “The One With Rachel’s Other Sister,” The One With the Late Thanksgiving,” and “The One With Ross’ Sandwich.” Well, the last one is an after Thanksgiving episode I believe, but still funny nonetheless. The show has been cancelled, but you should be watching it anyway, cause it’s one of the best shows on TV right now.

    Private Practice (ABC): New. Addison’s brother comes for a visit and causes some trouble. Meg returns to try and make things work with Pete. Runs 61 minutes.

    CSI: NY (CBS): New. An unidentified body is found in a crushed car, making this like the third show this season to have done so, and the team investigates.

    Bones (FOX): New. Skeletal remains have been found in a protected wooden preserve and Brennan and Booth investigate. Meanwhile, Brennan’s father finds a job close to his daughter.

    Criminal Minds (CBS): New. Prentiss and Todd go undercover in search of a serial killer that is using his skills of persuasion to lure women.

    Law & Order (NBC): New. A crane falls killing a man, but was it an accident?

    Get House Episodes at Amazon Video On DemandTonight, ABC has the seventh season finale of Dancing With the Stars and MyNetworkTV has the first season finale of Jail.

    Over on cable, Bravo has The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion special and the fourth season premiere of The Real Housewives of Orange County, FX has the series finale of The Shield, and Oxygen has the first season finale of Coolio’s Rules.

    Listen to episode nine, “TV Leftovers,” of the TV times Three podcast, where we talked about reruns, who we would invite from TV to Thanksgiving dinner and some thoughts on a few episode from last week’s viewing.

    If you’re looking for 90210 or Privileged tonight on The CW, 90210 won’t be back with new episodes until January and Privileged will be back next week following an all-new Gossip Girl on Monday night. It will also replay in its normal Tuesday timeslot.

    House (FOX): New. Zeljko Ivanek (Damages) guest stars as a man that takes House, Thirteen and others hostages to force House to diagnosis what is wrong with him. Runs 68 minutes.

    Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC): New. Det. Benson tries to find some justice for an abused housewife and ends up uncovering a 34-year-old unsolved murder.

    Good Eats (Food Network): Repeats. First Alton asks, “What’s Up Duck,” and then heads into “Fowl Territory.” Both play again later.

    Dirty Jobs (Discovery Channel): New. Mike tries harvesting hops for beer. Last week’s episode, “Egg Farm,” replays right before. Both play again later.

    The Shield (FX): Series Finale. A women’s disappearance and a big drug shipment are being investigated. Will this last episode be a satisfying end to this show? Runs an hour and 45 minutes. Plays again later.
