Can you feel the excitement of playoff football? Well probably not if you are in Indianapolis, Chicago, Boston or Washington D.C. this week. Everywhere else and especially here in the TVaholic’s hometown of Seattle it is about to reach a fever pitch. The local sport radio station, KJR AM 950, has already been on the air for about four hours with their celebration for the Seahawks 12th-man with a 12-hour pre-game show that runs from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. today. The rest of the TV landscape has all new episodes on ABC and NBC and repeats on CBS. Fox will be playing the Seahawks game tonight, which will preempt regular programming. What will you be watching?

Sports Notes
It is championship weekend for the NFL. Today on CBS in the early game you will find the Pittsburgh Steelers trying to go into Denver and beat the hometown Broncos. In the late game on Fox you will find my hometown Seattle Seahawks trying to defend their perfect record at home this season against the Carolina Panthers. The winner of each will meet on February 5th in the Superbowl. Go Seahawks!!
