Over on cable, Bravo has a Top Chef reunion special and the second season premiere of Make Me a Supermodel, Discovery Channel has a Hudson Plane Crash – What Really Happened special, Science has the series premiere of Mantracker, and Sci Fi has the first season finale of Ghost Hunters International.
Lost (ABC): Repeat. Last week’s episode, “The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham,” replays, where we get to see what happened to Locke after he left the island. A new episode follows.
Lost (ABC): New. Sawyer tries to put a plan in motion that will keep the survivors from making the same mistakes as they have done before. Runs 62 minutes. “The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham” from last week replays right before.
Life on Mars (ABC): New. The police are being targeted with bombs by a group of student radicals. Starts two minutes after the hour and runs 58 minutes. There is good news and bad news regarding this series. The bad news is that ABC has decided to end the series at one 17-episode season. The good news is that ABC made this decision soon enough that the 17th episode will be a proper finale that provides both answers and closure for fans of the show. The New Adventures of Old Christine (CBS): Repeat. Barb gets written about in a business journal and business subsequently picks up, but Christine is uncomfortable with the new clientele, in “White Like Me” from earlier this season.
Gary Unmarried (CBS): Repeat. Gary thinks his son is becoming too soft and tries to toughen him up, in “Gary Toughens Up Tom” from earlier this season.
Lie to Me (FOX): New. A former gang leader says he has been rehabilitated and that he can do some good on the outside, so Lightman is brought in to see if he is lying. Loker and Foster take on the case of a fireman that died during a fire.
CSI: NY (CBS): Repeat. An air marshal is killed during a flight and Mac must figure out who the killer is before the plane lands and without frightening the passengers, in “Turbulence” from earlier this season.
Good Eats (Food Network): Repeats. Alton deals with “Dr. Strangeloaf” and then dabbles in a little “Sandwich-Craft.” Both episodes play again later.
Throwdown With Bobby Flay (Food Network): New. Bobby competes in a “Pad Thai” battle and then a “Sushi” battle repeat follows. Both play again later.
Damages (FX): New. Patty is going on the offensive. Ellen finds some news that troubles her about the investigation. Patty’s husband gets an offer that looks interesting. Plays twice and again later.
Bravo has six episodes of Make Me a Supermodel followed by seven episodes of Top Chef.
Oxygen has 14 episodes of Roseanne.
Sci Fi has eight episodes of Joan of Arcadia early
