Over on cable, CNBC has the second season finale of The Profit, Cooking Channel has the series premieres of Pizza Masters and Taco Trip, Golf Channel has the 22nd season finale of Big Break, MTV has the 30th season premiere of The Real World, Spike TV has the fifth season finale of Ink Master, and USA Network has the second season finale of Chrisley Knows Best.

NCIS (CBS): New. The team works with some cyber-terrorists to stop a citywide Internet shutdown.

Ascension (Syfy): New. Aaron looks into an explosion. Denninger attempts to keep the true reason under wraps. Viondra thinks she may have a traitor among her ranks. Runs two hours. Plays three times. Last night’s episode, “Night One,” replays right before.

A Charlie Brown Christmas (ABC): Repeat. The classic animated holiday tale replays, where Charlie is down on all the commercialism of the holiday season.

NCIS: New Orleans (CBS): New. The team investigates the death of a former Navy SEAL that spent his retirement outing military pretenders. Runs 61 minutes.

Person of Interest (CBS): New. Samaratin sets out to shut down crime for a full day in an attempt to smoke out the Machine. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.
