Over on cable, AMC has the first season finale of Into the Badlands, Food Network has the second season finale of Holiday Baking Championship, Hallmark Channel has the TV movie premiere of Christmas Land, Showtime has the fifth season finale of Homeland and the second season finale of The Affair, and USA Network has a Santa’s Little Helper special.

The Librarians (TNT): New. The team has been scattered living their idyllic lives, but are drawn back together when a sprite having to work for Prospero appears. Plays again later.
Homeland (Showtime): Season Finale. The fifth season comes to an end. The show will be back for a sixth next fall.
Into the Badlands (AMC): Season Finale. Sunny and M.K. attempt to finally get out from under Quinn and make their escape. As rivals plot to take down the Baron, thing may never be the same again in the Badlands. Plays three times and again later. The previous five episodes replay right before.
