On cable tonight, AMC has the series premiere of Dispatches From Elsewhere, BBC America has the 12th season finale of Doctor Who, Lifetime the TV movie premiere of His Fatal Fixation.

On streaming, as of this morning, Netflix drops the complete third season of Babylon Berlin.

Next Sunday, HBO has the first season finale of The Outsider, Showtime has the second season finale of Kidding, and USA Network has the first season finale of Dare Me.
