Bones (Fox): The remains of a six-year-old boy are found and identified by Dr. Brennan.

House (Fox): The team treats a boy being shocked every few minutes but some problems with the father make it difficult.

Boston Legal (ABC): Denny is roped into doing pro bono work by a judge and does whatever he can to get out of it and ends up in jail. The episode starts a minute into the third hour of primetime.

NCIS (CBS): Tony and Ziva go undercover in the place of a couple of dead assassins in order to find out what their target was.

Commander in Chief (ABC): Tonight is the first scandal as they scramble to plug a leak at the Whitehouse. The episode runs a minute into the next hour.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC): It is cold case night tonight as Det. Stabler looks into the case of five boys who went missing 30 years ago.

Other Options

Gilmore Girls (WB): The return of Jess. Will this turn Rory off the path she is headed down?

My Name is Earl (NBC): Earl at a golf course trying to atone for some stolen beer.
The Office (NBC): Tim Meadows makes a guest appearance tonight.
