The Office - Season One (US/NBC Version)If you could watch only one thing tonight you should tune into USA and watch Psych unless you already caught the series premiere last Friday. If you did then you saw one of the most fun new shows in a while. It has a similar tone to Monk but is really very different. Did you catch Psych already? What did you think of it? My Name Is Earl (NBC): Repeat. Funny episode where they recount what happened to them on New Year’s Eve 1999.
America’s Got Talent (NBC): New. Find out the viewer’s choice.

Windfall (NBC): New. Sean and Tally find out where the lottery money went. Peter and Cameron are having a little trouble dealing with their new business.

Solid Selections

Smallville (WB): Repeat. The “Reckoning” episode replays and Clark loses someone very close to him. Good episode.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): Repeat. This will be its new night and time come fall. In this rerun the interns fight each other for the best emergency room cases as the place fills up with contestants in the annual bike messenger race.

Without a Trace (CBS): Repeat. The fourth season premiere episode “Showdown” replays tonight.

Cable Choices

Emeril Live (Food Network): Repeat. Emeril whips up some delightful chocolate dishes.

Psych (USA): Repeat. If you missed the series premiere on Sunday night here is your chance to catch it. This is a fun show in a same only different way as Monk. Runs 95 minutes. Well worth taking a look at.

  • American Eats (History Channel): New. Tonight they take a look at salty snack foods.
  • It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FX): New. Dee is going to take boxing lessons from Frank after getting mugged.
  • Road Tasted (Food Network): New. The search for handcrafted foods is on. Hosted by Paula Deen’s two sons.
  • Throwdown With Bobby Flay (Food Network): New. Bobby competes against cooks around the country.

Sports Notes

  • ESPN has 2006 World Cup Softball with the United States playing Great Britain.
  • ESPN2 has Thursday Night Baseball with the Oakland A’s at the Boston Red Sox.
  • OLN has Stage 11 of the Tour de France throughout the day.
