Tonight ABC has the season finales of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters. On FOX it is the season finales of King of the Hill, The Simpsons, Family Guy and American Dad. Lifetime has the season finale of Blood Ties. Sundays this fall will look much like they did last fall, but with new show Viva Laughlin in place of The Amazing Race and Shark in place of Without a Trace on CBS. Also new to the night, will be Life is Wild on The CW. Everything else stands pat including the return of Sunday Night Football on NBC.

The Simpsons (FOX): Season Finale. For the 400th episode of the show they have Kiefer Sutherland and Mary Lynn Rajskub voicing their 24 characters, Jack Bauer and Chloe O’Brian, but now they are part of the Counter Truancy Unit.
Desperate Housewives (ABC): Season Finale. Bree returns for Gaby’s wedding and another wedding of a surprise nature takes place.
Brothers & Sisters (ABC): Season Finale. Justin just wants to spend time with his family before he ship out for Iraq. Nora wants to throw Kitty an engagement party. Sarah tries to figure out what is happening with her marriage exactly.
Solid Selections
Gilmore Girls (The CW): Repeat. The series finale replays.
Family Guy (FOX): Season Finale. Peter gets to go back in time.
American Dad (FOX): Season Finale. Roger and Stan are in a hurry to turn in Jeff.
In the third hour of primetime on network TV, if you aren’t interested in Brothers & Sisters, you could always watch the end of Million Dollar Baby on CBS or National Treasure on NBC.

Emeril Live (Food Network): New. Emeril cooks up some southern food inspired by Atlanta.
Iron Chef America (Food Network): New. Iron Chef Morimoto gets challenged by Chef Tim Love to do battle in Kitchen Stadium. Plays again later.
Entourage (HBO): New. Drama has a new offer. Ari may have founded a backer for Vince to do “Medelin.†Turtle goes out with Kelly, but her father is keeping a close eye on him. Runs 30 minutes.

- Blood Ties (Lifetime): Season Finale. After visiting a psychic, Vicki starts to fear for her life. Plays again later. This has been renewed for a second season.
- National Treasure (NBC): Released 2004. Nicolas Cage as a treasure hunter being chased by the authorities and those that want what he may find. This was a very fun movie. Did you know they are making a sequel that will be out this December? Runs three hours.
- Office Space (Comedy Central): Released 1999. One of my all-time favorite movies with Ron Livingston as a cubicle worker at a software company that begins to slack off after he gets put under hypnosis, but his new attitude puts him on the fast-track while his buddies are looking at getting fired.
- The Shield (FX): Repeat. Last Tuesday’s episode, “Exiled,†replays. Runs 64 minutes.
- The Sopranos (HBO): New. Phil won’t compromise and AJ is worrying about his future.

- ABC has Game 1 of the NBA Western Conference Finals with the Utah Jazz at the San Antonio Spurs.
