Chuck fans, NBC has scheduled the remaining two episodes for Thursday, January 24th. One episode will play before The Celebrity Apprentice and the second will play after, in the ER timeslot.

Prime Picks

My Name Is Earl (NBC): Season Finale. Earl is having a tough time now that he is out of prison getting back to normal and is holding a grudge against karma. Alyssa Milano (Who’s the Boss) guests. This is the last episode finished before the writers’ strike, thus with no end in sight, this is the season finale.
30 Rock (NBC): Season Finale. This is the 10th and last completed episode before the show shutdown due to the strike. In this episode, Jack is trying to close a cable TV deal with some German TV executives. Kenneth has coffee for the first time.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): Season Finale. Bailey’s marriage is continuing to crumble and a family medical crisis comes about. Derek is trying to figure out how to deal with kissing Rose. This is the 11th and last completed episode before the strike.

Without a Trace (CBS): New. The season finale will be next week. In this episode, a private investigator goes missing during a surveillance job and the team investigates.

Solid Selections

Smallville (The CW): Repeat. The “Lara” episode from this season replays, where Kara under sedation relives a memory of following Clark’s mom Lara to Earth when she was younger. Helen Slater (Supergirl) guest stars as Lara. There are three or four episodes remaining left to air.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): Season Finale. The rodeo is in town and two murders have taken place there. The team investigates. This is the 11th episode and it looks to be the last.

ER (NBC): New. It looks like there is one more episode after tonight, but it won’t air until the 31st. In this episode, Abby is out of rehab and back in the ER and victims of a fire are rushed in for treatment.

Cable Choices

Friends (TBS): Repeats. The first two episodes of the series replay tonight.

Iron Chef America (Food Network): Repeat. Watch the battle between Iron Chef Mario Batali and British Chef Jamie Oliver from Sunday night replay. It replays again later.

Ace of Cakes (Food Network): Repeats. Two episodes consisting of cow and monkey cakes replay. Both replay again later.

  • Ugly Betty (ABC): New. Also has two episodes left after tonight that will air over the next two weeks.
