On cable tonight, Animal Planet has the third season finale of It’s Me or the Dog, BBC America has the fifth season premiere of The Graham Norton Show, Hallmark Channel has the TV movie premiere of Relative Stranger, HBO has a Will Ferrell: You’re Welcome America. A Final Night With George W Bush special, and Sci Fi has the TV movie premiere of Sea Beast.

Prime Picks

NCIS (CBS): Repeat. In “Agent Afloat” from earlier this season, DiNozzo is investigating the suicide of a Navy lieutenant.

The Mentalist (CBS): Repeat. In “The Thin Red Line” from earlier this season, Jane doesn’t think that the prime suspect, a drug dealer on trial, is the person who killed the best witness against him.

Castle (ABC): Repeat. The series premiere episode, “Flowers for Your Grave,” replays. I really like this show. Give it a shot if you missed it last Monday.

Dancing With the Stars (ABC): Repeat. This past Monday’s two-hour premiere replays.

Law & Order (NBC): Repeat. In “By Perjury” from earlier this season, where the murder of a high-profile plaintiff in a major lawsuit against an airline is investigated.

Iron Chef America (Food Network): Repeats. The first of four episodes plays in this timeslot. All four play again later.

Ashes to Ashes (BBC America): New. The squad is under more pressure than usual to keep the streets quiet. Alex needs to escape from what has happened to her. Plays again later.

Saturday Night Live Remembers Chris Farley (E!): Repeat. See some of the best bits of Chris Farley from the show.
