Tonight, ABC has a new episode of The Unusuals taking the time slot of Cupid for the week. Another new episode plays tomorrow at its normal day and time.

Over on cable, MTV has the series premiere of The Phone and Sundance has the series premieres of Eco Trip: The Real Cost of Living and Carbon Cops and then a Flow: For the Love of Water special.

Prime Pick

Reaper (The CW): New. Sam and Alan are dealing. Nina wants to be introduced to Bens family.

Fringe (FOX): New. Olivia has a dream about a suicide at Grand Central Station that just happens to actually be taking place at the time. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.

The Unusuals (ABC): New. ABC is trying to find an audience for this show and is hoping that a post Dancing With the Stars: Results Show appearance will do the trick, even though it hasn’t really done much for Cupid, which is being bumped for a week. Starts two minutes after the hour and runs 58 minutes. The Unusuals plays again tomorrow in it regular slot.

Solid Selections

American Idol (FOX): New. The top six perform disco songs. Runs 61 minutes.

90210 (The CW): New. The house in Kansas is officially sold. Donna is contemplating moving back to Beverly Hills. Annie and Naomi try once again to be friends.

The Mentalist (CBS): Repeat. In “Paint it Red” from earlier this season, the team is investigating the theft of a $50 million painting.

Cable Choices

Good Eats (Food Network): Repeats. Alton cooks with flounder and then frozen crab. Both episodes play again later.

Food Detectives (Food Network): New. Food myths are explored and tested. Runs 30 minutes. Plays again later.

The Office (TBS): Repeat. The “Local Ad” episode replays, where Michael tries to create an ad for the company. “Branch Wars” replays right after My Boys.
My Boys (TBS): New. It’s time once again for the annual board game decathlon, but Bobby thinks P.J. is being too competitive. Stephanie is using the guys as research for a new article. Runs 31 minutes. Plays again late night tomorrow and Friday.

Other Option

  • Rescue Me (FX): New. Tommy tries to deal with Colleen. Mike just can’t tolerate statements made by Genvieve. Runs 62 minutes. Plays twice.

Sports Note

  • TNT has doubleheader first round NBA playoff action with the Detroit Pistons at the Cleveland Cavaliers followed by the Utah Jazz at the Los Angeles Lakers, both in Game 2.
  • Versus has doubleheader NHL playoff action.

  • In Plain Sight (USA): Repeat. Sunday night’s season two premiere episode, “Gilted Lily,” replays.
