Get Justified S.3 on Blu-ray/DVD at AmazonTonight, NBC has the second season premiere of Betty White’s Off Their Rockers and PBS has the 31st season premiere of Frontline.

Over on cable, ABC Family has the third winter season premiere of Pretty Little Liars and the second season premiere of The Lying Game, Bravo has the second season finale of Million Dollar Decorators, Comedy Central has the second season premiere of The Burn With Jeff Ross, Discovery Channel has the series premiere of Africa, FX has the fourth season premiere of Justified, Lifetime has the second season premiere of America’s Supernanny, MTV has the second season premiere of Snooki & Jwoww, TBS has the fourth season premiere of Cougar Town, Spike TV has the third season premiere of The Joe Schmo Show, and TBS has the series premiere of Hardcore Pawn: Chicago.

Raising Hope (FOX): New. Jimmy finds out his parents ruin his credit as child when he and Sabrina go to buy a new car.
Ben & Kate (FOX): New. Ben runs into an old friend that stole one of his business ideas. BJ’s mom comes for a visit.

Happy Endings (ABC): New. Penny tries to help Alex turn a pop star buying a dress at her shop into a media opportunity. Dave and Brad are fixing things around the house. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 30 minutes.
Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23 (ABC): New. June is trying to reform Chloe after an outburst at a tenants meeting, but James is trying to thwart her efforts. Starts a minute after the half hour and runs 29 minutes.

Justified (FX): Season Premiere. Raylon comes across evidence after a break-in at the family home that his father may have been mixed up in something big years ago. Plays twice and again later. Great start to what looks to be another great season.

Solid Selections

Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family): Midseason Premiere. Mona gets a clean bill of health and goes back to school. Aria, Emily, Hannah and Spencer all differ on her return. Plays again later. Nine previous episodes play leading up to tonight’s premiere. Some interesting reveals to resume the season.

New Girl (FOX): New. Jess wants Nick and Angie to join her and Sam for a couple’s weekend. Winston tries to educate Schmidt on race relations.
The Mindy Project (FOX): New. Mindy’s brother comes for a visit with some news about his future. Danny and Jeremy attempt to charm their landlord into not raising the rent.

Parenthood (NBC): New. Drew and Amy get some life changing news. Joel and Julia are questioning their parenting skills.

Other Options

  • Cougar Town (TBS): Season Premiere. Grayson is having trouble with the rules of marriage in his first week married to Jules. Bobby attempts to teach Travis to be a man. Runs 30 minutes. Plays again later. If you’ve like the show previously when it was on ABC, you will enjoy tonight’s and the next few episodes. They bring just what we fans of the show love about it. Glad to have it back on my TV.
  • Go On (NBC): New. Ryan is asked to be a part of Bob Costas’ new TV show. Fausta snubs Anne. Runs 30 minutes.
  • The Lying Game (ABC Family): Season Premiere. Alec is in jail. Rebecca and Sutton are making plans. Mads meets a new guy. Plays again later. Not sure how much more this show has.
  • NCIS (CBS): New. Ziva gets a surprise visit from her father. The team is investigating the death of a journalist with a connection to the Navy.
  • NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS): New. A former informant of Deeks’ becomes a target after uncovering some information.
  • Vegas (CBS): New. Sheriff Lamb is taken and forced to dig his own grave. Savino and Rizzo get roughed up by a rival mob.

Sports Notes

  • ESPN has doubleheader college basketball action with Alabama at Missouri followed by Ohio State at Purdue.
  • ESPN2 has college basketball action with Baylor at Texas Tech.
  • NBA TV has a game tonight.

Late Night

  • Flashpoint (ION): New. Parker and Ed have their sons along for a call that turns much more dangerous than anticipated.
