If you missed last night’s premiere of Raines on NBC because you were watching the NCAA Tournament on CBS or the new show October Road on ABC, here is another chance to see it. The new show The Wedding Bells from David E. Kelley has its second episode after debuting last week. Other newness to be found on cable includes What Not to Wear on TLC and Paula’s Party on Food Network. Paula Deen knows how to whip up some might fine dishes and tonight is throwing a fondue party. The Wedding Bells (FOX): New. The runaway bride wants another shot at getting married while the sisters try to pull off two weddings on the same day.

Raines (NBC): Repeat. Jeff Goldblum as a detective that sees dead people. They don’t really help him. They more or less bother him until he figures out who killed them. From what I understand, I haven’t watched last night’s premiere, this show is more Monk than Medium. Here is your second shot if you missed it last night.

Identity (NBC): New. Penn Jillette is back as host of this game show where people try and guess who is who.
