NBC has announced that 30 Rock will be renewed for next season. That is good news, as it is the best comedy to debut this season. Speaking of comedies, Notes from the Underbelly will premiere next Thursday, April 12th after Grey’s Anatomy with two episodes. But, unlike they had previously announced, it is going to move to the first hour of primetime slot after George Lopez on Wednesdays starting on the 18th. October Road will be back in the post Grey’s slot on the 19th and will play its final two episodes of its first season to close out the month of April. It has not been officially scheduled, but looking at that schedule, it looks like Men in Trees could be back as early as the first Thursday in May. Speaking of returns, ER will return with new episodes starting next Thursday night. As with all network TV schedules, things could change at anytime and have, a lot, in the last couple of weeks.
