The CW looks like they would like to bring Gilmore Girls back for an eighth season, but the two leads can’t seem to decide whether they want to come back or not. Right now, it looks like if they did, it would be for a shorter than normal season. This would be similar to what they did with Friends in it final season. It doesn’t sound like the greatest news for fans of the show, except they would be able wrap everything up quite nicely. Better than a less than stellar close to this season being the finale. Here’s hoping all involved come to their senses and give the fans another season to tie everything up in a nice little bow. What do you think of a shortened season to finish up the series? Or, would you like it to come back for a full season? Let us know what you think in the comments.
