ABC has the sixth season premiere of Dancing With the Stars followed by the season premiere of The Bachelor: London Calling and CBS’ Monday comedy block returns with new episodes, which includes The Big Bang Theory and How I Met You Mother swapping timeslots.

Over on cable, ABC Family has the second season finale of Kyle XY followed by the season premiere of America’s Prom Queen and ESPN has part two of the Black Magic special.

In free downloads news, you can get the “Pilot” episodes of Canterbury’s Law and New Amsterdam at both iTunes and Amazon Unbox. Also at iTunes, right now you can get the first and tenth episodes from season one of ABC Family’s Greek, which has its second season premiere next week.

The Big Bang Theory (CBS): New. How great is it that shows are starting to return with new episodes? Anyway, tonight Sheldon and Leonard are trying to figure out whether to present at a conference together and Penny ends up mediating the disagreement.
How I Met You Mother (CBS): New. Ted is becoming more Barney-like and Marshall must give him a reality check before things get to far out of hand.

New Amsterdam (FOX): New. Amsterdam and Sara are getting to know each other better, as they investigate the brutal rape and murder of a nun. Amsterdam remembers similar events he witnessed back in the 1800s.

Medium (NBC): New. Allison is having trouble keeping her mother-in-law’s secret from Joe. Ariel predicts that a classmate’s mom will die and she does.

Solid Selections

Canterbury’s Law (FOX): New. Elizabeth takes on the case of a man that claims to have special powers and recently found a man’s body that has been missing for 20 years. Did not get off to a very good ratings start last week. Will see if things improve, but now they have Dancing With the Stars and new CBS comedy episodes to deal with, which mean things aren’t likely to improve.

Two and a Half Men (CBS): New. Alan needs to break up with a woman and is getting advice from Charlie on how to do so.
The New Adventures of Old Christine (CBS): New. Christine wants Barb to think she is cool, so she considers taking a walk on the wild side.

CSI: Miami (CBS): Repeat. The last new episode from this season, “Raising Caine,” replays, where Horatio’s ex returns and wants her son back. New episodes begin next week.

Cable Choices

Kyle XY (ABC Family): Season Finale. Declan and Kyle are doing their best to create the perfect prom night for the ladies. Jessi tells of her future plans with Sarah. Plays again late night tomorrow.

Wisegal (Lifetime): Released 2008. Based on the true story of Patty Montanari, a woman that ends up a trusted confidant in the Mafia, who was just trying to do right by her two sons after the death of her cop husband. It stars Alyssa Milano (Charmed), Jason Gedrick (Boomtown) and James Caan (Las Vegas). Read review. Runs two hours. Plays again tomorrow night.
