Over on cable, BBC America has the first season finale of Mistresses, Cartoon Network has the second season finale of Ben 10: Alien Force, and TLC has a A Blooming Business special.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (FOX): New. Sarah stashes John in a safe house with Charley. Cameron and Derek are having trouble working together after she reveals a secret. Runs 61 minutes.
Friday Night Lights (NBC): New. Saracen’s grandma starts heading downhill fast mentally. Lyla finds out that she got into her first choice college. Tension between J.D. and his father grows.
Dateline NBC (NBC): New. NBC investigates and reports. No Numb3rs tonight because of basketball and since 20/20 is a repeat, this gets bumped up. They are talking about the financial crisis and families in debt tonight.
Solid Selections
Everybody Hates Chris (The CW): New. Chris gets his license and wants to buy his first car. Runs 30 minutes.
Dollhouse (FOX): New. Echo is sent back to college after a deadly outbreak on a college campus and she starts to remember parts of her past life. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes. Here’s hoping that last week wasn’t a fluke and the series starts to build from there going forward.
20/20 (ABC): Repeat. ABC investigates and reports.
Cable Choices
Battlestar Galactica (Sci Fi): Repeat. Last week’s season finale, “Daybreak, Part 2,” replays 128 minutes before Stargate: The Ark of Truth plays tonight.
Mistresses (BBC America): Season Finale. Katie gets accused of killing her patient. Trudi has to face her husband.
Head Case (Starz): New. Dr. Goode is having trouble with her wedding planner. Larry Miller comes in for some therapy.
Party Down (Starz): New. The group is working a conservative caucus meeting where Arnold Schwarzenegger is supposed to be a guest speaker. I’ve seen the 1st and 3rd episodes of this show and really like it, so am looking forward to seeing what happened in episode two tonight.

- Breaking Bad (AMC): Repeat. This past Sunday’s episode, “Bit by a Dead Bee,” replays.
Sports Notes
- ESPN2 has Friday Night Fights with a heavyweight bout scheduled for 10 rounds.
- Golf Channel has second round coverage of the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
- NBA TV has the Boston Celtics at the Atlanta Hawks.

- Damages (FX): Repeat. This past Wednesday’s episode, “Look What He Dug Up This Time,” replays.
- House (USA): Repeat. The episode, “Here Kitty,” from a couple weeks ago on FOX replays, where House sets out to show that a cat can’t actually predict the death of patients at a nursing home.
