Over on cable, E! has the first season finale of Candy Girls, History has an Art of War special, MTV has a Steve-O: Demise & Rise, and VH1 has the first season finale of Tough Love.

In late night, IFC has the second season premiere of The IFC Media Project.

In Plain Sight (USA): New. A building collapses around one of Mary’s witnesses, but there is also a professional assassin to deal with.
