Tonight on the Tube: TV Show Marathons, CSI and Without a Trace

A Happy ThanksgiVing to everyone out there. There are actually some new shows on tonight. I don’t recall this as being normal for this holiday. Do you? What TV shows will you feast on tonight? Will you be watching a marathon of a favorite show? Here are some ideas of what can be found the holiday TV buffet.

Pie Picks

Joey (NBC): It’s a Joey Thanksgiving. Makes me remember all those great Friends Thanksgiving episodes.
Will & Grace (NBC): Jack offers Grace some help with her mother as only Jack can.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): Did a guy really eat himself to death. If you could do it anywhere it would be Vegas.

Without a Trace (CBS): A friend of Jack’s is missing.

Stuffing Selections

Everybody Hates Chris (UPN): Tonight everybody hates Greg.
Love, Inc. (UPN): You should really change the channel to Will & Grace after Chris.

The Apprentice (NBC): Clip Show.

The Apprentice (NBC): They get mixed up in the perfume business.

Oven Options

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (ABC): This is a holiday classic.
Finding Nemo (ABC): Starts after Charlie Brown and runs for two and a half hours.

Cable Cranberries

Jingle All the Way (Family Channel): Arnold Schwarzenegger looking for a toy for his kid in this movie to get you ready for the Christmas shopping season.

Iron Chef America (Food Network): Iron Chef Bobby Flay against Govind Armstrong in this repeat episode.

Sports Notes

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is on NBC this morning.
The Atlanta Falcon at the Detroit Lions in the early game on Fox.
The Denver Broncos at the Dallas Cowboys in the late game on CBS.
You will find Pittsburgh at West Virginia in College Football tonight on ESPN.
The Seattle Supersonics face off against the Los Angeles Lakers at the Staples Center in LA on TNT tonight.

TV Show Holiday Marathons

Discovery Channel – Three episodes of America’s Deadliest Season: Alaskan Crab Fishing followed by eleven episodes of Deadliest Catch that then partially repeats some episodes after that.
ESPN – Eight episodes of the 2005 World Series of Poker leading up to the College Football game mentioned above.
ESPN2 – Eight episodes of Bound for Glory in a row.
Speed – 22 episodes of American Thunder.
OLN – Has a Survivor marathon today.
History Channel – American Eats: History on a Bun, More American Eats, Home For the Holidays: History of Thanks Giving, Modern Marvels and then each replays again in the same order.
TLC – 14 episodes of Bringing Up Baby followed by 10 episodes of What Not to Wear.
Nickelodeon – 17 episodes straight of Avatar: The Last Airbender.
MSNBC – A Headliners & Legends marathon.
Oxygen – Grace Under Fire all day.
A&E – Is playing Crossing Jordan with a couple of episodes of Cold Case Files thrown in the mix.
FX – Has 26 straight episodes of That ‘70s Show.
TBS – You will find run of Everybody Loves Raymond episodes.
Spike – Is showing 6 consecutive James Bond movies.
Sci-Fi – You will find a marathon of Return of the Living Dead movies.
E! – They are having a The E! True Hollywood Story marathon followed by a Gone Bad marathon.
