ABC has the season finales of Ugly Betty and Grey’s Anatomy tonight. Over on NBC they have the finales of The Office, Scrubs and ER. CBS has the finale of CSI. The CW finishes up the seasons of Smallville and Supernatural. This thus ends the season for Thursday nights. It has become quite the night and with The Office moving to the second hour of primetime up against Grey’s Anatomy and CSI, it will continue to be one of the most watched hours of TV on the networks, maybe even more so. Get your TiVo ready cause it’s going even busier on Thursday nights next fall. ABC, CBS and NBC have all released their Fall 2007 TV Schedules, today The CW and FOX follow suit.

Prime Picks

The Office (NBC): Season Finale. Michael Jim and Karen are on their way to be interviewed at corporate. Things change swiftly in their absence at the office. Jan has some great news. Runs 60 minutes. Watch for a special preview of Steve Carell’s upcoming movie, Evan Almighty.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC): Season Finale. Runs 75 minutes. It is Burke and Cristina’s wedding day and the intern are also getting back the results of their exams. Callie and George make some relationship decisions.

Lost (ABC): New Special. This clip show is a special look at the mysteries and answers of the island from the creators of the show. This will air again before the season finale next Wednesday.

Solid Selections

Smallville (The CW): Season Finale. Lana is going to call it quits with Lex. Clark finds out that Lionel was the reason she married Lex in the first place.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS): Season Finale. The team tries to once and for all catch the miniature killer, but Sara goes missing and her and Grissom’s relationship comes out in public.

ER (NBC): Season Finale. A new chief is about to make a few changes. Kovac is on his way to Croatia to be there for his ailing father, putting his honeymoon on hold. Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip plays its six remaining episode in this timeslot starting next Thursday.

Cable Choices

Emeril Live (Food Network): Repeat. Emeril is throwing a pizza party.

Ace of Cakes (Food Network): Repeats. Four 30-minute episodes play tonight after Emeril Live. These people make some truly amazing cakes. Watch for a Jay Leno Cake, a cow cake, tennis cake for a legend and a cake for some radiologists.

Other Options

• Bob Barker: A Celebration of 50 Years on Television (CBS): New. Bob Barker harkens back and shares his memories of his time spent on TV, especially on The Price Is Right.
• Scrubs (NBC): Season Finale. J.D. wants Kim to move in with him. He wants them to raise their child together. Carla is helping Elliot with her wedding while the Janitor is trying to turn Keith into the perfect husband. Runs 61 minutes.

Sports Notes

• ESPN has NBA Playoff action with the Detroit Pistons trying to go into Chicago and close out the series, which everyone called over a couple of games ago when the Pistons were up 3-0 in the series. It is now 3-2.
• Versus has NHL Playoff action.

TV Marathons

CMT has seven episodes of The Ultimate Coyote Ugly Search early.
Sci Fi has seven episodes of Battlestar Galactica early.
