There are five pre-strike episodes remaining after tonight and it looks like they will be adding five or six more to that once the strike is officially over.

Boston Legal (ABC): New. Jerry’s got a girlfriend and she is warning people to stay away from him. Alan is asked to take on the case of a woman suing her town after the start plans to build a nuclear power plant there. It looks like there could be four to seven more episode shot after the strike.
