Tonight, NBC has the second season finale of Chuck and the third season finale of Heroes.
Over on cable, ABC Family has four episodes of Roommates, Animal Planet has a Puppy Mills Exposed special, Discovery Channel has a Belly of the Beast special, Discovery Health has the sixth season finale of Mystery Diagnosis, and VH1 has a For the Love of Ray J reunion special.
In late night, Spike has the fourth season premiere of Pros vs. Joes.

Chuck (NBC): Season Finale. Chuck’s sister Ellie is in danger and he must save her from Ted Roark, played by Chevy Chase. This is the second season finale and hopefully not the last we’ll be able to venture into the land of BuyMoria. 24 (FOX): New. Jack gets a go at Jonas Hodges as the terrorist threat continues to grow again.
Castle (ABC): New. Beckett and Castle are competing against each other during the investigation of a woman found drowned in motor oil. Starts two minutes after the hour and runs 58 minutes.
Solid Selections
House (FOX): New. House is having trouble sleeping and starts hallucinating and seeing dead people. Here’s hoping this doesn’t go down a bad path, as other recent medical dramas with reappearing dead people.
Heroes (NBC): Season Finale. Nathan tries to keep Sylar from meeting the president. Hiro finds that there is a consequence to getting his powers back. Matt seems to have gotten over the speedster rather quickly and is trying to preserve a future with his family. Runs 61 minutes.
Medium (NBC): New. Allison continues to be stalked in her dreams. Starts a minute after the hour and runs 59 minutes.
Cable Choices
Greek (ABC Family): New. It’s the IKIs vs. the ZBZs in dodgeball after Frannie puts out the challenge. Rusty attempts to scare Dale from the apartment. Plays again later.
Roommates (ABC Family): New. Four new episodes play tonight. In the first, Katie is dating someone that looks and acts just like Mark. Wow, where have I seen that before?
