Tonight, CBS has the fourth season finale of The New Adventures of Old Christine, the first season finale of Gary Unmarried and the two-hour fourth season finale of Criminal Minds, FOX has the over two-hour eighth season finale of American Idol, and MyNet has the first season finale of World’s Funniest Moments.

Giveaways: Two CSI: Crime Scene Investigation – The Complete First Season sets on Blu-ray and One Designing Women – The Complete First Season set on DVD.

The New Adventures of Old Christine (CBS): Season Finale. Old Christine finds something out about new Christine’s father at the wedding.
Gary Unmarried (CBS): Season Finale. Allison and Gary end up back in the bedroom, which leads them back to counseling.

Criminal Minds (CBS): Season Finale. The team hunts a serial killer that seeks out the homeless and prostitutes, but also maybe crossing the border to do so. Runs two hours.

Solid Selections

American Idol (FOX): Season Finale. Lots of signing from the Top 13 and other special guests and at some point a winner will actually be announced. Runs two hours and seven minutes.

Law & Order (NBC): New. Three murders that may be the work of a serial killer are investigated.

Cable Choices

Good Eats (Food Network): Repeats. Alton flies into the “Strawberry Sky” looking for some “Orange Aid.” Both episodes play again later.

MythBusters (Discovery Channel): New. The gang tests a myth involving a skydiver and a little girl on a seesaw. Plays again later.

Dinner: Impossible (Food Network): Repeats. Robert must cook a meal that includes chocolate in each dish served and for some magicians in Vegas. Both episodes play again later.
