On cable tonight, History has the second season premiere of Stan Lee’s Superhumans, Lifetime has the ninth season finale of Project Runway and the series premiere of Project Accessory, MTV has the series premieres of Beavis & Butt-Head and Good Vibes, and truTV has the 12th season premiere of Smoking Gun Presents: World’s Dumbest Outlaws 3.
