Front of the Class (CBS): TV Movie Premiere. A man with Tourette’s syndrome overcomes it to become a great teacher. Runs two hours.

Cable Choices

Brotherhood (Showtime): New. “The Chimes at Midnight”

Dexter (Showtime): New. I still haven’t watched last week’s episode yet, so I didn’t want to read or see anything about this week’s episode. Plays again later.

Leverage (TNT): Series Premiere. Read Review. A group of thieves it brought together to steal back airplane plans for the company they were stolen from, but… Plays again later and again on Tuesday before the next episode plays on its regular night. Check out some photos. Listen to my interview with Gina Bellman & Executive Producer Dean Devlin.

Other Options

  • Californication (Showtime): New. A party is being held at Ashby’s for Mia’s book. Charlie tells Marcy he wants to end things. Becca catches her boyfriend kissing another girl at the party. Plays twice.
  • Holiday Extravaganza (Food Network): New. Food Network stars give out tips and tricks for entertaining this holiday season. Plays again later.
  • The Librarian: Curse of the Judas Chalice (TNT): TV Movie Premiere. Noah Wyle (ER) stars as an Indiana Jones type character that gets involved in trying to keep a vampire from being brought back to life and procuring another artifact for safe keeping. I have never seen the first two and didn’t know what to expect, but it comes off really cheesy, but I think that is what they are going for. All I can say, is that it didn’t really get me interested in watching either of the first two, which replay leading up to tonight’s premiere. Runs two hours. Plays again later two times and again on Tuesday.
  • Skins (BBC America): New. Jal is struggling with what to do with her pregnancy and Chris has no idea. Plays again later.
